Celebrating birthdays for pediatric patients at the City Children's Hospital with The Sharing Kitchen
As usual, at the end of each quarter of the year, The Sharing Kitchen (locally named “Bep Se Chia”) prepares to organize a birthday program for the children at the Department of Oncology - Clinical Hematology and the Department of Nephrology and Endocrinology at the City Children's Hospital. Besides the gifts, the children can participate in highly unique and exciting activities guided by The Sharing Kitchen. The children played cheerleading games, sang, and danced. Sometimes, volunteers guided them to paint pictures and statues, receive animal-shaped balloons, watch magic, and enjoy birthday cakes.

Besides the gifts, The Sharing Kitchen prepared chicken and fruit boxes for the children.
At first, when organizing birthday programs, the children were shy and did not dare to participate. Later, when it becomes a habit, the children become excited and look forward to receiving gifts at the end of each quarter, maybe teddy bears or doctor and cooking toy sets... This is not only material but also the belief, hope, and immense spiritual encouragement of The Sharing Kitchen for the children here. Little N's mother shared: "With The Sharing Kitchen, Ms. Vy, and Mr. Thang, the children can have fun and receive gifts. Thanks to that, my baby N is happy and in high spirits."
