These Terms of Use are entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and Cardano 4 Good (“C4G” and “we”). By accessing, using or clicking “I agree” to accept our Services (as defined below) provided by us, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all both the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy. In addition, when you use certain features of the Service, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions applicable to those features.

Please read these Terms carefully as they govern your use of the Service. THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION PROVISION REQUIRING ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH LEGAL BINDING ARBITRATION.

By accessing, using or attempting to use the Services in any way, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access our platform or use the Services.

We may amend these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time, and new versions will be available on the Platform. If at any time you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy in effect, you must immediately stop using the Platform and/or Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity in our sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that we may discontinue providing the Platform and/or Services or restrict your use of the Platform and/or Services at any time, without prior notice to you, for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, for any violation of these Terms and/or if we suspect that you have used any aspect of of the Service to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activity. If we disable access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details and/or any materials contained in your account.

I. Define

“Services” refers to the various services provided to you by C4G and/or its affiliates based on the Internet, via web applications and/or blockchain technology and made available through the Platform. Cardano 4 Good Platform (the “Platform”) or as provided by C4G and its affiliated companies generally. The purpose of the Service is to use blockchain technology to enable non-profit organizations or institutions (“Organizations”) to receive Donations and provide transparency and accountability to their donors. them by sharing financial information and project results directly in real time. We are a technology platform provider and are not responsible for the use of your contributions or donations for any charity, campaign or event other than C4G's project on Communication.

“Sponsor” refers to any individual, organization or entity who creates an account and donates or intends to donate funds through the Service.

“Donation” refers to any cryptocurrency donated by the Sponsor to the Organization on the Platform.

II. Terms for Organizations.

Any Organization that creates an account and/or requests donations through the Services is subject to the following additional terms:

a. Organize fundraising.

By soliciting funds through the Services, you and the Organization you represent agree that you and the Organization will comply with all relevant federal, state and local donation and/or fundraising laws , and you also represent and warrant that: (a) you are an authorized representative of the Organization with the authority: (i) to request donations to the Organization; and (ii) to enforce the Organization's compliance with these Terms; (b) the Organization has and will maintain tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Tax Act or equivalent registration status in your country; (c) the Organization has a legal cause or action under all relevant federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations; (d) all donated funds will be used only for the purpose stated by you during your registration on the Service, and you may not under any circumstances use the funds for any any other purpose; (e) The Organization and/or its authorized representatives understand that most states require some form of registration with the relevant government agency to request donations in those states, and agree that they are or will become compliant with such regulations, and that C4G has no responsibility for their registrations; and (f) all accepted donations will be your responsibility or that of the Organization. When you or the Organization accept a Donation from a Sponsor, it is your responsibility to understand where the Donation comes from. We do not verify the source of donation funds. C4G is not responsible for any money laundering or similar risks related to the Donation Fund. Similarly, C4G is not and will not be responsible for ensuring that the information (including credentials) provided by a Sponsor is accurate or up to date as C4G has no control over the actions of the Sponsor.

b. Fund donations acceptable.

Donations through the Platform may only be made to: i) organizations, administrators, private or public foundations recognized by the government as charities under applicable law, and ii) individuals Donations made directly by the Sponsor and/or through C4G, sometimes by direct purchase by C4G, provided that in all circumstances the Donation Fund complies with applicable law. C4G retains the sole and exclusive right to disallow a Fund from donating to ineligible organizations, to organizations supporting terrorism or in the event C4G suspects a Donating Fund is non-compliant or at risk violate any applicable law or regulation. Furthermore, C4G may disallow Donation Funds in cases where it considers a certain Donation Fund to be at risk of bringing discredit to C4G or any of its affiliated companies.

c. Faith-Based Operations Policy.

The Foundation will apply Donation Funds received only to secular community activities. To eliminate doubt, faith-based organizations may be eligible to receive donated funds for activities that meet the following criteria: activities that serve a secular purpose, do not provide instruction or faith-based education, and does not encourage or require constituents to learn about or adhere to the faith-based beliefs of the institution. C4G will not support evangelism or propaganda, programs that require exposure to, adherence to, or conversion to faith teachings, or activities that promote a particular faith-based belief.

d. Profile and Stories.

You can create a profile along with your story on the Platform. Any profile and story you post on the Platform must comply with applicable laws and the terms set forth in these Terms and you will be solely responsible for the truth of your profile and story. posted on the Platform.

e. Campaign.

Any campaigns you post on the Platform must comply with applicable laws and the terms set forth in these Terms. Any posted projects may not be removed after a donation.

f. Donation Fund Utilities.

You can create or request a donation widget when you create a campaign and place it on your website. The donation facility is provided by us or our affiliated companies, and may support payment methods we make available to you, including C4G ONUS ID (Offline) and. For Pay with Wallet, donated funds will be sent from the Donor's DeFi wallet address to your DeFi wallet address. To support Pay with Wallet functionality, you need to have uploaded your DeFi wallet address to our ‘partner portal’ (which will be provided to you). You can also check out the donation dashboard in the partner portal. Your use of the donation facility is subject to all applicable laws and these Terms. You agree to use the donation facility, and all related services provided by us, at your own risk.

g. Receive Donation Fund.

To receive Donations from Sponsors, you must have a cryptocurrency wallet account on our partner's Platform (goonus.io), and the collection service will be subject to your separate agreements. and our partners. You agree to be bound by the separate agreements between you and our partner, as amended by our partner from time to time. In all cases, our partners' processing fees, if any, may apply. C4G is not responsible for the performance or fees of our partners' acquisition services. You will provide your acquisition account and cryptocurrency wallet to us and keep it updated. C4G is not responsible for any problems in receiving Donation Funds due to the information you provide being incorrect, inaccurate or not up to date.

h. Price.

Currently, C4G does not charge any transaction fees or platform operating fees on any Donation Funds however there may be situations where our affiliates or partners have some fees applicable . C4G may, from time to time, modify, amend or supplement its fees and payment procedures, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting an update of these Terms. these Terms or post such changes elsewhere on the Platform. If there is a dispute regarding your payment of fees, or the Services, C4G reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART. C4G is not a cryptocurrency exchange or wallet service and does not receive, hold or exchange digital currency on behalf of any Entity. C4G does not withhold funds for tax purposes or any other purpose. The Organization shall be solely responsible for taxes based on international, federal, state, local or any other taxes or charges.
