About Library of Dreams
Library of Dreams is an "Art Creative Library" project for primary school children in areas with many difficulties, helping them access books and participate in cultural, artistic, and creative activities. This is not only a place to nurture imagination but also an environment that helps children step out into the world, becoming global citizens of the 21st century.

Library of Dreams Bookshelf
The project was founded in 2014 by Ms. Nguyen Phi Van - Chairwoman of the Southeast Asian Angel Investment Association, advisor to many governments on franchising and innovation. With a global vision, Ms. Phi Van wants Vietnamese children to have the opportunity to enjoy knowledge, art, and creativity from their early years, preparing them for a challenging and dynamic future.

Eager-to-learn ethnic minority students
In 2017, Library of Dreams officially transformed into a Social Enterprise, setting a goal to build 1,000 libraries and support 1,000,000 students in accessing books and creative activities by 2030.
As of December 2024, the project has been established in 290 libraries across 38 provinces and cities nationwide, from Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Son La, to Ben Tre, Tien Giang, Dong Thap... Thanks to this, more than 142,500 students have accessed diverse book sources and participated in beneficial art activities. Each completed library not only brings joy to the children but also spreads the aspiration for learning and creative spirit throughout the community.
